The Central Texas Education Funders 2012 Giving Profile is now available!

Celebrating five years of collaborative learning, funding, and advocacy in the education nonprofit sector, the Giving Profile highlights trends in local funders’ grantmaking priorities, long-term goals, and partnerships as they work to advance their missions and achieve the greatest impact.  

The theme for this year’s publication is Thinking Outside the Box, sharing innovative ways that local funders have leveraged their impact beyond providing fiscal support.  These strategies range from public advocacy to serving on a grantee's board or committee to convening stakeholders in the community around a common goal.

We encourage grantseekers to utilize this tool in identifying giving trends, including which foundations might be most closely aligned with their priorities.  Additionally, we encourage grantmakers to view this document as a resource for finding overlapping areas or gaps where funders may collaborate down the line to continue strengthening the education sector.
